New Consignor? Register. Sign Up + Create a Password and it will generate your consignor number.
Returning Consignor? Simply "Log In" and from the menu dropdown, select "Register for Upcoming Sale." You are now ready to "activate" existing items in your inventory that you wish to put into the upcoming sale or you can also add additional items to your inventory. Our New Sale Registration Guide is located at the bottom of the "FAQs" page and will walk you through the process step-by-step.
Gather everything you want to consign.
Clothing: check for holes, stains, wash wear, fading or color transfer. We will not accept these items. Make sure your clothes are wrinkle free using whichever method works best for you. Hang clothing on hangers so it appears like a question mark. Pants will need to be safety pinned to the diagonal portion of the hanger. 2 piece outfit should have the shirt hanging on the hanger and the pants safety pinned to the diagonal portion behind the shirt.
**SEE IMAGE BELOW. We will not accept clothing hung backwards or pinned incorrectly. Thank you for making this process easy for accepting your items.
Toys: Need to be checked to see if they are in good working order. You can group several small toys together in a Ziplock bag.
Shoes: Should be very very clean. No mud or playdoh on the bottom. Tie shoes together using ribbon or small zip ties so they do not separate.
MAKE TAGS
Log in to your consignor homepage using the "Log In" button.
Click "menu" and then select "work with consigned inventory."
Select "add items" and fill in the item description, size, category, price and whether or not you want the item to be discounted on "half-off" day a.k.a. the last day of the sale. This will take a $12 item to a $6 item.
***You can continue this process until all your items are tagged or you can return to the workflow to complete more tags as time allows at your convenience.
PRINT TAGS
Once you have your items added into inventory, it is time to print your tags!
From the consignor homepage, click "menu" and then "work with consigned inventory."
Click "print tags" and observe the 3 options it gives you. Make sure you select "print selected tags."
Next, MAKE SURE YOU CLICK THE BUTTON TO "GENERATE TAGS IN PDF FORMAT" so that your tags will print correctly.
You have the ability to print all of your tags at one time or to print selected tags, clicking each individual item that needs a tag printed. (This comes in handy if you lost a tag and need a reprint or if you only have time to print/tag a few items at a time.)
When you are redirected to a new page showing your tags ready to print (6 to a page), make sure that your pop-up blocker is turned off as the tags window will load up as a pop-up on your web browser.
Mobile Version: Click the square with the arrow pointing up, scroll down and click PRINT. (Allow popup)
It should print 6 tags to a sheet. Cut out tags and attach in the upper right of the garment. Attach tags for shoes using ribbon, zip ties, or safety pin. Attach toys using packing tape/safety pin.
Typically for consignment you could price things 1/2 retail - 1/4 retail.
Example. If you have a new with tags item I would be more likely to price it half price of retail.
Certain Brand clothing would be $2-$5 ( Walmart, Target, some mall brands)
Boutique Items may be priced $15-$50 depending on brand, ( Bamboo clothing, Pima Cotton, Etc )
The goal is to sell your item, so you will want to price your items a price that you would be more than happy to pay.
