Frequently Asked Questions

If you have never consigned with us using the new system, simply click the "Register" tab at the top of the homepage to register under the new system. If you are a returning consignor under the new system, scroll down for a helpful guide that will walk you through registering for the next sale.

$16. There is no Personnel Fee for those who are unable to work! 

We still offer ZERO cap on how much you bring as long as it meets our quality standards and no cap on your payout. It is still your regular 70% payout!

For sizes newborn - 6 we use plastic child-sized hangers. For larger sizes you can use any appropriate size hangers. We never want to see adult size hanger on 2T sized items. No wire hangers on sizes below 7. These lead to a tangled mess during the sale and we want your items to sell. The hanger should look like a question mark when you hang your item. 

We will mail checks to each individual consignor at the conclusion of pick-up. Please make sure we have an accurate mailing address on file for you!

In order to streamline our new system, only items with printed tags will be accepted. If you are putting in items from our most recent sales and your printed tags are still in good shape (legible and barcode can be scanned), then feel free to use them. As with the previous sale, we will only accept items with printed tags and will not be able to accept items with the older, hand written index-card style tags. 

We strongly encourage using white card stock paper when printing tags.

The last day to put in inventory to keep your drop off appointment is at 6pm on Sunday, August 23rd. We reserve the right to reassign your drop-off appointment to a consignor with active inventory who is on our drop-off waiting list. This is for consignors with ZERO ACTIVE INVENTORY on the 23rd. 

HOWEVER, if you have inventory in the system you may keep tagging items until Saturday, 8/29 at 11:59 pm. Restock Consignors may keep putting in inventory until Tuesday 9/1 at 10am. 

You may arrange someone else to pick up for youl If you have no other option you may sign up for a second pick up for $15 resort + transfer fee. Second Pick Up is scheduled for October 1.
