Sale Dates: September 1 – September 5

This agreement between Children’s Treasure and (your name) ___________________ is enforceable for all activities related to the sale and pick-up periods of the Children’s Treasure Fall/Winter Sale. The VIP Consignor listed above agrees to the following:
1. A participation fee of $16.00 will be charged to each consignor at time of registration. This helps pay for the software we use and the rental space.
2. VIP Consignor will bring $20 CASH at drop off to cover start up supplies. Remaining supplies after $20 will be deducted from your Earnings. We rarely need to charge more than this.
**This includes hangers, safety pins, card stock, Ziplock bags, ribbon, ink for printing, etc. Our goal is to make your items look their best, so they sell at the highest price!
Example of what $20 typically gets in supplies: Roughly 60 hangers, 100 safety pins (larger pins for pants and smaller pins to attach to the item), printed card stock, 10 Ziplock bags, tissue paper for shoes. ***This will change depending on your specific needs.
3. A limit of 300 items per VIP consignor unless approved by Children’s Treasure. Please follow these guidelines:
NO Single Onesies Allowed (UNLESS VERIFIED BOUTIQUE) – OR must be a standalone outfit. Exceptions made for items in unopened packaging.
*Maximum amount of: baby hats (3) bibs (3) receiving blankets (1) Does not include muslin/gauze blankets.
Swaddles limited to (3)
NO JUNIORS/ADULT CLOTHING unless you have a mommy match.
Toys that have pieces must be complete without any noticeable missing pieces.
Large items may need to be dropped off closer to the sale dates depending on size. Questions? Reach out to your VIP tagger for guidance.
4. The designated “split” of proceeds or earnings between consignor and consignee is as follows.
Children’s Treasure = 50% of Proceeds or Earnings*
Consignor = 50% of Proceeds or Earnings*
5. 25 ITEM MINIMUM REQUIRED FOR PRE-SALE PASS ELIGIBLITY! Consignors will be able to shop the Pre-Sale.
6. Items deemed “housewares” will not be accepted however items falling into the category of children’s room/nursery decor will be accepted. Please see our website (CTSALE99.COM) for a complete list of what we do/do not accept.
7. Items accepted must meet the following criteria:
No Holes/Tears/Stains
No Wash wear/Fading
No Discoloration (i.e., around the neck)
Ask yourself, “Would I be happy to buy this?”
YOU MUST go through your items and cull out any stained clothes BEFORE they get to the VIP tagger. If your items are dirty or have a foul odor you are automatically disqualified from VIP tagging services, and you will not be refunded your $20. We will be respectful of the tagger and their homes.
8. NEW Expectations: Outfits must be matched up if you want them to be priced together, Shoes should not be excessively dirty, lay clothes FLAT in a container you do not need back. $2 Cardboard Boxes are available at Walmart.
9. VIP Taggers hold the final say regarding item pricing. If you want an item to be priced a certain way a suggestion must be given during initial drop off. We are doing our best to price your items at the highest price point that will sell. Your tagger will not reprice an item once it is in the system.
***Please Note*** We will donate items that do not meet the criteria referenced above. If there is a small stain on high-end items, we note the stain and price it to reflect, but 9 times out of 10 we do not accept clothing from discount stores with stains. (Cat&Jack, Wonder Nation, and Starting Out are examples of brands that will be donated if they are stained/damaged) Many sales will charge per item that doesn’t meet the “no damage, no balls from washing, stains, holes, etc.” but we have chosen to offer grace and work with you on a case-by-case basis. Abuse of this policy will leave us with no choice but to adopt a firm black/white policy about no stains on items.
BRANDS NOT ACCEPTED FOR VIP: CHEROKEE, MARY KATE AND ASHLEY, SHEIN, OR ANYTHING MADE BEFORE 2010.
10. Meeting or dropping off your items with your VIP Tagger is at the sole discretion of your VIP Tagger. They will coordinate a time/place that works for all parties
11. Children’s Treasure Consignment is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We do our very best to keep your items and our items safe and secure throughout the sale!
12. Unsold items MUST BE PICKEDUP at All-Consignor Pick-Up or you can come to resort and find your items early if you need to. If you are unable to attend the pick-up portion of the sale, arrangements must be made beforehand to pick up your unsold items. Any unsold items not picked up after the designated pick-up period may be donated at the sole discretion of Children’s Treasure.
13. Most importantly, WE ARE SO HAPPY YOU ARE HERE!! It is our goal to provide each consignor and customer of our sale with the best possible experience and if any issues arise before, during, or after the sale, we ask that you reach out to a member of our team so that we can do our best to ensure you have a great experience consigning with us!
