Shopper FAQs

We accept Square Payments (Debit, Credit, Apple Pay, Contactless, etc.), cash, and check. Card transactions carry a $1 convenience fee per $100 spent.  

Kids, wagons, or strollers are welcome beginning Wednesday, Sept. 2. No kids under 10 are allowed at PreSale unless they are being worn in an infant carrier. 

All sales are final. Please inspect items prior to purchasing. Consignors are expected to bring items in good working order. 

By consigning with us, you earn the right to shop the first and only PreSale. 

Yes, you may bring your own bag or you may use one of our blue Ikea bags available at the entrance. You are welcome to use our bags to get your items to your vehicle but please return them at the entrance prior to leaving.
